Psi#29 – Assemble!
Performance Studies International Conference
I will be attending Psi in London, 20- 23 June ’24.
I am giving a paper myself on the assembly of domestic objects in my performance research workSeven Tables, and I am presenting a collaborative research work with Anna Tzakou, Birgit Larson and Eero Laine, inviting participants to create a score for assembly.
Dates and times tbc.
I am planning a new performance for Athens, Greece in late June ’24, supported by artist Filippos Tsitsopoulos. The work will be a part of Athens Festival
Why Be Seen? Ageless – Yorkshire Dance.
I will be in conversation with artists Funmi Adewole Elliott and Susan Kempster at the Ageless Festival 13 Jul ‘24, to discuss aspects of aging and the aging body in relation to the dance and performance industry and the redefining of femininity.
